Cheyenne began her real estate career as an intern for a real estate development company before joining Garito & Company as an Associate in 2015. She specializes in leasing, site acquisition & buyer/tenant representation.
Since joining Garito & Company, Cheyenne has worked with national clients such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Express Oil, and Montessori School- as well as several local restaurant, retail & medical groups. Her past experience in restaurant management has allowed her to have a unique insight in to how a restaurant operates and thrives, and a deeper understanding of Florida’s retail and tourism markets.
Cheyenne has received a degree from Valencia College in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Timothy GaritoTim is actively involved in overseeing all aspects of Garito & Company- from brokerage to development. He has compiled an impressive portfolio of tenant transactions over the past 15 years, including prominent clients such as Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Ross, Rent-A-Center, Verizon, TCBY, Subway, Radio Shack, LNR, and H&R Block; to name a few. He has also been involved with outparcel sales and development with Dunkin’ Donuts, Murphy USA, Montessori, and Express Oil.
Madison NicholsonMadison began her career in marketing as an intern for a Non-Profit Organization in Evansville, Indiana. She was eventually hired on full time as Marketing Manager for the organization. She is passionate about creating thoughtful and relational copy for emails, social media, and any marketing materials that will move a business forward. Madison has managed multiple different types of social media accounts for a range of businesses and organizations, created and produced several campaign films, and written blogs on influential sites. Michael ElmoreMichael has been in the commercial real estate and shopping center business for more than 20 years performing leasing, brokerage, management, construction, and development. Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in several Chambers of Commerce and is a former Chamber President as well as Director of Business and Industry. In addition to working with various shopping center companies, Michael has owned and managed his own commercial real estate and development companies. Michael Elmore is responsible for NE Florida including the Space Coast and the Panhandle.
