Cheyenne Matos

Cheyenne began her real estate career as an intern for a real estate development company before joining Garito & Company as an Associate in 2015. She specializes in leasing, site acquisition & buyer/tenant representation.

Since joining Garito & Company, Cheyenne has worked with national clients such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Express Oil, and Montessori School- as well as several local restaurant, retail & medical groups. Her past experience in restaurant management has allowed her to have a unique insight in to how a restaurant operates and thrives, and a deeper understanding of Florida’s retail and tourism markets.

Cheyenne has received a degree from Valencia College in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

    Timothy Garito

    Tim is actively involved in overseeing all aspects of Garito & Company- from brokerage to development. He has compiled an impressive portfolio of tenant transactions over the past 15 years, including prominent clients such as Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Ross, Rent-A-Center, Verizon, TCBY, Subway, Radio Shack, LNR, and H&R Block; to name a few. He has also been involved with outparcel sales and development with Dunkin’ Donuts, Murphy USA, Montessori, and Express Oil.

      Director of Marketing

      Madison Nicholson

      Madison began her career in marketing as an intern for a Non-Profit Organization in Evansville, Indiana. She was eventually hired on full time as Marketing Manager for the organization. She is passionate about creating thoughtful and relational copy for emails, social media, and any marketing materials that will move a business forward. Madison has managed multiple different types of social media accounts for a range of businesses and organizations, created and produced several campaign films, and written blogs on influential sites. She relocated to Orlando to serve Garito & Company’s, clients. She is anxious to help each of them get their properties and businesses in front of the right faces.   Contact Madison.

          FLOYD MCLENDON

          FLOYD MCLENDON is a career business owner and consultant with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business development. His greatest talent is building business models that maximize revenue potential and growth opportunities. He is co-founder of iCARE HEALTH, and has also has been the owner of numerous companies such as Century 21 in Cancun, Mexico, various restaurants and bars,

          Perfect Health Systems, a consultancy helping medical practitioners increase their revenues and profitability. He is owner, President and CEO of a consulting company called Financial Services Network that provides business and financial solutions to companies around the globe.

          Mr. McLendon has been an international consultant for a number of large multinational companies and organizations including: Fed-EX, McDonald’s, Delta and Northwest Airlines, Microsoft, The United States National Guard, NASA, Walmart, PEMEX, Hard Rock, and the Federal Governments of Mexico and Belize just to name a few. Additionally, he has been involved in more than 50 startup companies and over 15 international expansions of publically traded companies. Floyd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas.
